1. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed as follows:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
If you prefer, we can offer a store credit or a replacement item instead of a refund.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

2. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we are happy to exchange it for the correct product. Please follow the steps in our Return Policy to initiate an exchange.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

4. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the Return Policy.
