At leleorganics, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below for details on how to return plants and other products.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- The plant or product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- The wrong item was sent.
- The return request is made within 24 hours of delivery.
- The plant is in its original condition and packaging.
Note: Due to the perishable nature of plants, we cannot accept returns for plants that have been improperly cared for or that have been out of their original packaging for an extended period.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Plants that have been repotted or altered.
- Plants showing signs of neglect, such as overwatering or lack of proper care.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact Us:
- Email us at contact@leleorganics.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number, photos of the item(s), and a brief explanation of the issue.
- Approval:
- Once we review your request, we will notify you if the return is approved.
- Shipping the Item:
- If approved, carefully package the plant or product to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship the item back to us at the address provided in the approval email. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed as follows:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- If you’d prefer, we can offer a store credit or replacement item instead of a refund.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’re happy to exchange it for the correct product. Follow the steps outlined in the “Return Process” section to initiate an exchange.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
